She enjoyed the larger size and did not like the "sagging shape" as a result of her pregnancies. After working with sizers in our office, she chose a 300cc saline implant. Dr. Reath performed a full mastopexy-augment and placed the implants underneath her chest muscles and inflated the to 350cc. She was thrilled with both the size and shape of her breasts.
