Case: 29806 Category: Breast Symmetry Age: 19 Weight: 166 Height: 5’ 4” Gender: Female Description: Here is a woman who asked Dr. Reath to improve the shape and uneven size of her breasts. This was a challenging case because her breasts before the surgery were very tubular in shape and different in size. Both nipples were below her inframmary creases which were unusually short. Dr. Reath performed a peri-mastopexy augment on both sides with the implants underneath her chest muscles. He used a 250cc moderate profile saline implant on the right and a 290cc high profile saline implant on the left. The diameter of her areolas was also narrowed. The overall shape continues to improve over time as the tubular tissue relaxes over the implants. |
After photos were taken 6 Months after surgery/procedure.
