After having two children, she came to us and wanted to increase her breasts to the size they were when she was pregnant. She wanted saline implants with a peri-areolar incision rather than the sub-mammary incision which the majority of our patients prefer. Dr. Reath used 300cc Mentor saline breast implants and placed them underneath her chest muscles.
