Here is a 41-year-old woman who was the concerned about the difference in size of her breasts. She explained that she had always been asymmetric, but the it had gotten worse over the past couple of years and that, combined with some ptosis (sagging) in her right breast prompted her to make a change. Dr. Reath performed a mastopexy on her right breast to correct the sagging and used a small 125cc silicone implant placed over her chest muscle. On the left side he did a straight augmentation with a 250cc silicone implant placed over her chest muscle. She is pictured six months after her surgery.
