Here is a 47-year-old woman who came to us because she did not like the size or shape of her breasts. She did have a bit of sagging to her breasts, (her nipples are below the inframammary crease, with the right being slightly lower than the left.) Dr. Reath performed a peri-mastopexy augment using 325cc saline implants which were placed underneath her chest muscles. An augmentation alone would not have addressed the shape of her breasts and would result in more sagging over the years. She is pictured here 6 months after her surgery with the size and the perkiness that she had always wanted.
