Here is a young mom who wanted her breasts to be larger. There was a slight asymmetry to her breasts initially but no sagging. Dr. Reath used 400cc silicone gel breast implants on the left and 375cc on the right. Because she did not have much natural breast tissue, he placed the implants underneath her chest muscles. She is pictured 6 months later very pleased with the new size and shape of her breasts.
