She wanted to enlarge her breasts from an A-cup but have them look in proportion to the rest of her body. After working with our implant sizers, she chose 325cc saline implants. Because of her limited natural breast tissue, Dr. Reath placed them underneath her chest muscles. She is pictured six months later with a very natural look and shape to her breasts.
