This was a challenging case because her breasts before the surgery were very tubular in shape and different in size. Both nipples were below her inframmary creases which were unusually short. Dr. Reath performed a peri-mastopexy augment on both sides with the implants underneath her chest muscles. He used a 250cc moderate profile saline implant on the right and a 290cc high profile saline implant on the left...
