Here is a 40-year-old active runner who wanted her breasts to be more proportional to the rest of her figure. Athough she had children, she did not have any skin laxity so she did not need a breast lift along with her augmentation. Dr. Reath used 350cc silicone gel breast implants which were placed on top of her chest muscles for this lovely natural-looking result.

Because she was slightly asymmetrical, Dr. Reath used 325cc on the right and 300cc on the left and placed them on top of her chest muscles. Upon examination Dr. Reath found that her left breast was larger than the right so Dr. Reath used two different sized silicone implants, placed below her chest muscles for this result. The right breast has 300cc and the left 275cc silicone breast implants. She is very pleased with her results and wonders why she ever waited so long to have it done.
