Results Rx has reinvented the peel giving us more options and better results that can be blended and customized for every skin type, including Rosacea. Skin Chemistry for Dummies
To appreciate how Results Rx works, you should have a basic understanding of the chiral correction and the other technological breakthroughs that make it so unique. The challenge for all topical skin care products is to penetrate the protective top layers of the skin, get to the correct receptors in the dermis, and activate them to create healthy cells and new collagen without irritation. That's the goal. Most skin care products stay on the surface of the skin, useless, because their molecules are too big to enter the skin.
To infiltrate the skin's formidable barrier, Results Rx uses Fullersomes, a Nobel Prize-Winning Transport vehicle. If your background is in nanotechnology, you know all about Fullersomes. If not, let's just say that they are very, very small and can fit between the skin's cells while carrying active ingredients.
With apologies to all of you science whizzes, we like to use mittens to illustrate chirality.
Most molecules have two parts to them- one part that spins left and one part that spins right. These are called dimers, and like mittens, they are not interchangeable. Receptors in the skin are shaped so they benefit from either a left OR a right dimer. The dimer the skin can't use causes irritation which then limits the amount of active ingredients the skin can tolerate. When an ingredient is chiral, the unwanted dimer is completely removed at the molecular level, so the skin gets only what is can use.
You can tell when any ingredient is chirally corrected by the prefix in front of the ingredient. Look for an "L" for the left dimer and either an "R" or a "D" for the right dimer. For example, you'll see lactic acid listed as an active ingredient in most skin care products. With Results Rx, you'll see L-lactic acid which contains only the chirally corrected left dimer the skin can use.
So what does this mean to you? 
It means that all Results Rx products and peels contain the highest available concentrations of active ingredients and a little goes a long, long way. If you have sensitive skin or rosacea, you should be able to work up to very active ingredients in the Results Rx line. If you are a skin care veteran, get excited. Refine Rx contains 12% AGP Retinol Complex Vitamin A. That is three times stronger than anything on the market- even by prescription.
Did you know? Results Rx's basic cleanser Rx Clean has 12% L-lactic acid? That's more active than many chemical peels. If your skin is dull or flaky just leave it on longer in the shower and you'll see immediate improvement. Not to sound like a broken record but....a little goes a long way.
Vibra-Infusion 
This patented machine gently but completely exfoliates the top layers of skin and goes one step further: it actually stimulates new collagen growth. The Vibraderm machine does not use particulate crystals like our former MicroDermabrasion machine. Instead, a fixed abrasive vibrating stainless steel paddle is used to rejuvenate the skin. The vibrating motion feels good to patients while stimulating increased blood flow and inflammation of the dermal layer, which is desirable. Many patients say they are so relaxed they almost fall asleep.
After stimulating the collagen and removing the superficial layers of the skin medical grade products are directly infused using the infusion paddle. For example, patients may choose salicylic or glycolic acid for patients with acne, hydroquinone to lighten age spots, a hydrating fluid for patients with dry skin and advanced antioxidants for patients with environmental damage.
An ideal candidate for Vibra-Infusion is anyone with fine lines and wrinkles, age spots or dull skin, acne scars, dryness or oily skin. The procedure also reduces the appearance of pore size. It is the treatment for stubborn keratosis pilaris of the arms. Patient response has been phenomenal. After Vibra-Infusion most people can’t believe how smooth their skin is- all the little bumps and uneven texture have been buffed away. Cirepil Waxing Services
Cirepil Wax is known the world over as one of the most popular and effective lines of depilatory waxing product lines. Cirepil's low temperature waxes are applied at or just above skin temperatures (often 20-30 degrees below most waxes on the market). They are manufactured in France.
Cirepil Blue revolutionizes waxing with a special polymer that "shrink wraps" the hair for ease of removal, particularly on difficult hair growths. The wax is applied at or just above skin temperatures making it safer and more comfortable to use. It contains the anti-irritants Titanium Dioxide and Jojoba, to enhance the overall outcome and reduce any discomfort you might experience.
Waxing is an effective method of removing unwanted body and facial hair. We use only Cirepil brand wax which is warmed to allow it to be spread easily over the skin. The hair is then shrink wrapped in the wax, which is quickly pulled off, removing hair at the follicle. This method allows for better removal of hair and less stress on affected skin.

Clarisonic Professional Skin Care Brush
 When Results Rx recommended the Clarisonic Pro to us for use with their products we were a bit skeptical. Perhaps it was just the thought of adding an extra step to our skin care regimen but we were initailly hesitant to try it. Would it be worth the time and the expense of the product? Could we really see a difference since we are already using the best skin care products available?

Blu-U Light treatments with Levulan Kerastick
This is an aggressive two-step therapy that is showing promise treating patients with severe acne, sun damage and pre-cancerous skin cells. The first step is an application of the Levulan Kerastick containing a 20 percent aminolevulinic acid solution, which makes abnormal skin cells more sensitive to light. After an incubation period, the patient sits in front of the Blu-U light, which activates the Levulan, absorbed into the undesirable cells.
A consultation is a prerequisite for anyone considering Levulan treatments as it not appropriate for everyone and there are some important directions that must be followed regarding sun exposure after treatment. Also, most patients will require 3-5 treatments to obtain optimal results.
