I know you hear this time after time, but I wanted to share my thoughts about my augmentation experience. As a conservative person and mother of two small children, I was anxious when I began the process of looking into breast augmentation. should I be doing this? Will I be safe? Will my results look natural? You & your staff put me at ease from my first visit there.

Everyone was so professional but so personable. I do have to say, Mandi is truly extraordinary. She always went above and beyond my expectations. After all the pre-surgery visits, I felt very prepared for surgery. This may sound crazy, but I was actually excited for surgery! I knew I was in good hands and would love my results. I want to thank you for the wonderful breast procedures you performed for me this past fall. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I am confident you receive compliments and lots of gratitude with every patient, but I felt it critical to write this letter. I just wanted to thank both of you one more time. I couldn't be more pleased with the results as well as the wonderful care and attention you gave me. Even though I really wanted to do it, I was still really nervous. Both of you were so nice in addressing all my questions and concerns, that you made the whole thing seem a lot less frightening.

I think some people would think it was frivolous of me to have surgery when I wasn't sick, etc. But to me, it really has made such and incredible difference. Before I was always self-conscious about my chest. I could never find bras that fit and I couldn't wear the tops I wanted to because they looked so bad.
