Before and After Full Mastopexy Augmentation (Silicone): She is 5’4” and weighs 145 pounds. Here is a 53-year-old woman who had sagging and loss of breast tissue after breast feeding two children. After working with sizers, she chose a modest 275cc silicone breast implant. Because she had enough natural breast tissue, Dr. Reath placed them over her chest muscles. She is pictured here 6 months after her surgery very pleased with the new size and contour of her breasts.

Dr. Reath performed a full Mastopexy augment using 300cc silicone breast implants which he placed on top of her chest muscles. Dr. Reath performed a peri-mastopexy augment using 325cc saline implants which were placed underneath her chest muscles. An augmentation alone would not have addressed the shape of her breasts and would result in more sagging over the years. She is pictured here 6 months after her surgery with the size and the perkiness that she had always wanted.
