The newest addition to our staff is Grace Rash PA-C, and we are delighted to have her with us!
Gracie grew up in a medical family. Following her Physician’s Assistant training at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee, she joined a dermatology practice and acquired expertise in cosmetic dermatology.
She will be assisting Dr. Reath in the surgical care of our patients both in and out of the operating room, but one of the things we are really excited about is her background in health and fitness.
We first met Gracie as a spin instructor at Turbospin, just down the street from us. Gracie has always been involved with fitness (as has her mother who taught a spin class the day before she delivered Gracie!). She started teaching classes early in her college career. She is certified both as a fitness instructor and as a spin instructor. Speaking as someone who has taken her spin classes on numerous occasions, she’s tough!
Gracie brings significant knowledge in fitness, exercise physiology, and nutrition to our practice. We are very much looking forward to tapping into her expertise as we work with our patients.
Jill is an extraordinarily gifted Nurse Injector. Working under the direct supervision of Dr. Reath since 2008, her extensive training and gentle touch is a winning combination. Her patients attest to her caring bedside manner, her skilled professionalism and her aesthetic expertise. Many drive all the way from Nashville and Atlanta because she is that good.
Every year Jill travels across the country to train with the most renowned experts in cosmetic injectables to refine her skills and bring back new techniques to our patients. This area requires a unique blend of artistry and science as well as the need to stay current, so Jill will continue her travels in the U.S. and Canada to observe the leaders in her field.
This advanced training is why she has been using flexible cannulas for the past four years to inject fillers. Flexible cannulas are not only safer than needles, they cause far less bruising and discomfort for her patients. She is the only injector in Knoxville to use them.
She is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. She was in the first class in the country to attend the Advanced Injector Competence Training Course designed by the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons in Las Vegas. In addition, she received specialized instruction on techniques for using Botox® for areas other than the upper face. She is also trained and experienced with the recently FDA-approved filler Juvederm Voluma.
Besides she is so accomplished, many patients are surprised that Jill is completely down to earth and has a wicked sense of humor. It’s pretty common for us to hear them giggling down the hall into their ice packs as they leave her room.
Whenever you read a glowing review of our practice online, it’s likely that you will see Mandi mentioned by name. Kind, caring and detail-oriented, Mandi has been a patient favorite since she started with our practice in 2002. Working side by side with Dr. Reath, Mandi takes the time during clinic to listen to patients while kindly and expertly guiding them through the surgery process.
Mandi is famously known as a “sizer sister” because of her close work with our breast augmentation patients. She has literally helped thousands of women pick out the size of their breast implants. She will not steer you wrong.
Where she really shines is in our pre-op appointments. Mandi is the one who will help you finalize all the details prior to your surgery from what vitamins to take to when you can shower afterward. Her experience, patience and hand-holding are so reassuring to patients who are a little nervous just before and right after their surgery.
Mandi received her degree in Health Care Administration in 2001, has been a member of the American Registry of Medical Assistants since 2003 and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses.

Patient Care Coordinator
We are so lucky to have found Natasha. She has been working in our office for six years, and every day we wonder how we ever managed without her. Quietly effective and totally charming, Natasha takes care of all of our patients having surgery and is completely in charge of managing Dr. Reath’s busy surgical calendar. Her expertise has been honed by over 13 years in the healthcare industry, so she doesn’t scare easily.
You’ll get to meet Natasha at the end of your consultation with Dr. Reath. She’ll guide you through the nuts and bolts of the surgery process: the quote, what to expect, and help you find the time on Dr. Reath’s schedule that is most convenient for you. If you’re interested in financing your surgery, Natasha can help with that as well.
If you’ve had a CoolSculpting procedure done in our office, you’ve probably already met Natasha. She is a Certified CoolSculpting Technician which is what she does when Dr. Reath is not in clinic. Truly she’s a wonder.
When picking a plastic surgeon, Dr. Reath always advises patients to pay particular attention to the office staff because they are the ones with whom you will be spending the most time. You’ll thoroughly enjoy your time with Natasha.
With over 10 years of medical experience including dermatology, general surgery, plastic surgery and skin care, Cassina is an invaluable asset to our practice. She combines vast medical knowledge with a warm genuine fondness for our patients and their well-being.
You may see her smiling face in the front office offering patient care, answering patient questions, scheduling, and assisting with products. She is also likely to be found in the back office during clinic, assisting patients with their consultations, helping with postop appointments and follow up visits.
Cassina can usually work magic with new patient appointments. If you are anxious for a surgery date, just be sure to let her know and she will move heaven and earth to find you a spot.
She is also in charge of our online store RealMedicalSkinCare.com and is quickly becoming a favorite of both our patients and the rest of our staff.
Patient Care Assistant
When you walk into our office, Tressa is likely to be the first person you’ll get to meet. She is extremely welcoming at the front desk and always greets patients with a warm smile and a very efficient manner.
Her calm and compassionate demeanor masks the concentration and organizational skills of an international air traffic controller. It is very rare to find someone like Tressa who can handle the demands of a busy plastic surgery practice with such charm and grace.
Tressa comes to us from Winter Park, Florida where she spent two years working in a physician’s office and taking a year of nursing studies. She is newer to the medical field, but is extremely passionate about it and knows this is where she was always been meant to be.
Before choosing medicine, Tressa had 10 years of accounting experience, including administrative work and both accounts receivables and payables.
Growing up, Tressa was an accomplished gymnast and she fits right in with the rest of the staff with her passion for fitness and working out (although we are very jealous of her impressive dance moves and back handsprings).
