Probiotic Youthboost

Healthier Skin From tHe Inside Out

We’re thrilled to be the first office in East Tennessee to offer Glowbiotics MD Advanced Probiotic Skincare and Probiotic Youthboost Treatment.

Glowbiotics MD is the advanced skincare line we discovered at the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons meeting in Montreal. When we learned about their next-generation approach to skin care we knew we had to bring it home to Knoxville for our patients. Glowbiotics MD is the first skincare line to feature topical probiotic bioactives. The Probiotic Youthboost Treatment is the cornerstone of their skincare program.

We are such mybody believers that we can’t wait to share their products and procedures with our patients.

It’s totally different than other chemical acid peels.

Rather than exfoliating the top layers of the skin, the Youthboost Treatment works from the inside out with no excessive peeling, redness or downtime. Yet, you see instant results right after your treatment and long term benefits going forward. Skin becomes smoother and tighter with a more even skin tone and blemishes start to fade. Over time, your skin becomes stronger, has more volume, a more even texture and a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page to see before and after photos of some pretty impressive results.

Probiotic Youthboost Treatments are suitable for every skin type.

Think of this innovative treatment as a “reset button” for attaining healthier skin. You won’t have to have peeling, redness or irritation to see results. It’s ideal alone or in between Hydrafacial MD treatments. Patients love it so much they’ve been asking how often they can have a treatment.

  • For aging and hyperpigmentation, you can have one every two to four weeks.
  • For acne, every two weeks until your acne is under control, then every two to four weeks.
  • For sensitive types, you’ll still love the Youthboost treatment, but don’t overdo it. You may want to spread it out to every five or six weeks.

Topical probiotics are the key.

We’ve been recommending probiotics to our surgical patients for years to speed their recovery and alleviate unpleasant side effects of antibiotics and anesthesia. Until recently we had no idea that there was so much scientific research and progress using probiotics on the skin. Unlike live friendly bacteria, topical probiotics are non-living molecules extracted from body-friendly bacteria which are proven to stimulate the skin’s immunity system.

This is how Probiotic Derived Bioactives (PDB) Work.

The body has learned over time which bacteria strains are good and bad. The topical probiotics (PDB) are derived from friendly bacteria and are readily accepted by immune cells within the skin, stimulating a cascade of skin repair processes, including the one we want- collagen production. This happens without triggering an inflammatory response typical of most chemical peels. Again, you won’t have to have peeling, redness or irritation to see results.

In the video our friend Daniel Clary LE, the Global Educator for Glowbiotics MD Skincare, explains more about the benefits of topical probiotics to the skin.

Here are some before and after pictures.

Prepare to be impressed. These are photos of patients in clinical studies after using Probiotic Youthboost treatments and mybody at-home skincare. They were taken with a Visio camera, like the one we have in our office and haven’t been retouched in any way. We appreciate Glowbiotics letting us use these pictures until we are able to take some with our own patients.
